At Gothic Bubbles, we aim to dispatch every order swiftly, securely, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery times, carriers, costs, and responsibilities.
1. Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM may be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, or restocks), dispatch may take up to 3 working days.
2. Carriers
We use trusted carriers including:
- Royal Mail (Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or Standard)
- Evri (Tracked or Next Day)
- DPD and ParcelForce for heavier or bulk orders
Tracking numbers are provided automatically where applicable.
3. Delivery Estimates
Typical delivery times:

4. Free Delivery
Orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery. Free delivery applies to standard services only.
5. Packaging
All items are packed securely using recyclable materials where possible. Collectibles and fragile items are double‑boxed or bubble‑wrapped to prevent damage.
6. International Shipping
We ship worldwide where permitted. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs clearance procedures.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or missing:
- Check your tracking link.
- Contact the carrier directly for updates.
- If unresolved after 7 days, contact us — we’ll investigate and assist.
We will replace or refund lost parcels once confirmed by the carrier.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
9. Collection & Local Delivery
Local customers may request cash on collection or local delivery (Blackpool area only). Contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
