Gothic Bubbles is a small independent retailer specialising in individual items, collectibles, 3D printed models, and unique products. This policy explains our position on wholesale and bulk purchasing.

1. No Wholesale Supply

We do not offer wholesale pricing, trade accounts, or reseller discounts. All products sold by Gothic Bubbles are intended for:

  • Personal use
  • Collecting
  • Gifting
  • Individual retail customers

We do not supply stock to shops, market stalls, online resellers, or commercial buyers.

2. No Bulk Purchases

To ensure fair access to stock for all customers, we do not accept bulk quantity orders.

Examples of orders we cannot fulfil:

  • Large quantities of the same item
  • Multiple units intended for resale
  • Requests for discounted bulk pricing
  • Trade enquiries for ongoing supply

If a bulk order is placed, we may cancel and refund the order.

3. Why Bulk Orders Are Restricted

As a small independent shop, our stock levels are designed for individual customers. Bulk purchasing can:

  • Limit availability for regular buyers
  • Disrupt stock management
  • Affect fair access to limited items
  • Conflict with licensing or creator terms for 3D printed models

Restricting bulk orders ensures all customers have equal opportunity to purchase items.

4. Custom 3D Printing Orders

We do accept custom 3D printing requests, but these are still limited to individual prints or small quantities.

We cannot produce:

  • Large commercial batches
  • Mass‑production runs
  • Wholesale quantities of 3D printed items

Custom prints remain strictly for personal use and are not intended for resale.

5. Commercial or Resale Enquiries

If you contact us with a wholesale or resale request, we will politely decline. This includes:

  • Retailers seeking stock
  • Online sellers wanting bulk supply
  • Businesses requesting trade pricing

We do not authorise resale of our products.
