We offer a full custom 3D printing service for customers who want personalised items, unique models, or bespoke designs. Custom orders can include:

• Articulated models
• Desk creatures and fidgets
• Stands, holders, organisers
• Display bases and accessories
• Modified or scaled versions of existing models
• Multi‑colour or special‑material requests (PLA+, PETG, TPU)

All items are printed using high‑quality materials and follow our 3D Printing Policy & UKCA Compliance Statement.

⚙️ 2. How Custom Orders Work

Step 1 — Send Your Idea

Email us your request, reference image, STL/3MF file, or a link to the model you want printed.

Step 2 — Review & Quote

We will check the model for printability, size, material requirements, and estimated print time. You will receive a quote before printing begins.

Step 3 — Printing & Finishing

Once approved, your item is printed using the material and colour you choose. We perform:

• Strength and adhesion checks
• Articulation tests (if applicable)
• Surface quality checks
• Safety and breakage assessments

Step 4 — Collection or Delivery

You can collect your item in‑store or have it shipped. Dispatch times may vary depending on print duration and queue.

All custom 3D printed items follow our documented safety procedures:

• Compression tests
• Flex and articulation checks
• Small‑part breakage checks
• Foreseeable misuse assessment

Unless stated otherwise, custom prints are classified as non‑toy collectibles and are not intended for children.

🎁 4. Gift Packaging (In‑Store Only)

We offer limited gift wrapping for in‑store purchases only. This service is available only when suitable wrapping materials are in stock.

Gift packaging may include:

• Decorative paper
• Small gift bags
• Ribbon or tissue (when available)

Because stock varies, gift wrapping cannot be guaranteed for every purchase.

To keep our service safe and reliable:

• We do not print resin items
• We cannot print weapons or weapon replicas
• We may decline prints that violate copyright or licensing rules
• Extremely large prints may require splitting into multiple parts
