1. Returns Window

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, you must contact us first so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition they were sent:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• In original packaging
• With all accessories, inserts, and labels
• Free from odours, marks, or signs of wear

Items returned in a different condition may be refused or refunded partially.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Digital products
• Download codes
• Opened hygiene items
• Items sold as “clearance”, “damaged”, or “non‑returnable”
• Mystery boxes (unless the contents are faulty)

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photos of the item and packaging
• We will arrange a replacement or refund

Transit damage is handled separately and does not count as buyer‑fault condition.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• We will correct the order at no cost to you

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is:

• Paid by the buyer for unwanted items
• Paid by Gothic Bubbles for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

8. Lost Returns

We cannot refund items lost in transit when returning to us. Please keep your proof of postage.

9. Exchanges

We can offer exchanges for certain items depending on stock availability. Contact us to check before returning.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order must be returned following the standard returns process.
