This quick guide explains how our warranty works, what’s covered, and what to do if something goes wrong with your item. For full details, please see our complete Warranty Policy under the Policies menu.

1. Standard Warranty Period

All new, sealed items purchased from Gothic Bubbles include a:

✔ 30‑day warranty

If your item develops a fault within 30 days, we will:

• Replace it (if stock is available)
• Refund it
• Or offer store credit

2. What’s Covered

Your warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Internal faults under normal use
• Items that stop working correctly
• Missing components inside sealed packaging
• Electronic items that fail during normal operation

3. What’s Not Covered

Your warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Water damage
• Items opened or tampered with
• Cosmetic wear after delivery
• Clearance or damaged‑label items
• Consumables (batteries, sweets, glow sticks)
• Mystery boxes (unless contents are faulty)

4. Faulty on Arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives faulty:

1. Contact us within 48 hours
2. Include photos or videos of the issue
3. Include packaging photos if damaged

We will replace or refund the item immediately.

5. After 30 Days

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. If so:

• We will help you contact the manufacturer
• Provide proof of purchase
• Assist with documentation

If no manufacturer warranty exists, we may offer:

• A discount on a replacement
• Store credit
• Repair advice

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Photos or video evidence
• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

7. Return Postage

• We cover return postage for faulty items
• Customers cover postage for unwanted returns

Tracked postage is recommended.
