Custom 3D prints may take longer depending on print time.

2. Delivery Estimates

Typical delivery times:

• Royal Mail: 2–3 working days
• Evri: 2–4 working days
• DPD / ParcelForce: 1–2 working days (where applicable)

These are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

3. Tracking

Tracking is provided for:

• Tracked 24 / Tracked 48
• Evri tracked services
• DPD / ParcelForce shipments

Economy services may not include tracking.

4. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Seasonal peaks (Christmas, Halloween, Black Friday)
• Weather conditions
• Carrier backlogs
• Bank holidays
• Store closure days

If your parcel is delayed, check your tracking first.

5. Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost:

1. Contact the carrier
2. Contact us after 7 working days
3. We will investigate and resolve the issue

6. Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Include photos if possible
• We will fix the issue quickly
