1. Return Window

You can return most items within:

✔ 30 days of receiving your order

Items must be in the same condition as received.

2. Items Eligible for Return

You can return:

• Unopened items
• Unused items
• Incorrect items
• Faulty items
• Damaged-on-arrival items

3. Items NOT Eligible

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened consumables (sweets, glow sticks, bath items)
• Mystery boxes (unless contents are faulty)
• Items damaged by misuse
• Custom 3D printed orders
• Clearance or damaged‑label items
• Items missing parts due to customer handling

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

1. Contact us within 48 hours
2. Include photos or video
3. Include packaging photos if damaged

We will replace or refund the item.

5. Return Postage

• Faulty items: We cover return postage
• Unwanted returns: Customer covers postage

Tracked postage is recommended.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within:

✔ 3–5 working days

after the item arrives back with us.
