During major holidays, delivery services may experience slower processing times. Typical affected dates include:

• Easter Weekend
• Bank Holidays (UK)
• Halloween Week (24–31 October)
• Black Friday / Cyber Monday (late November)

Orders placed during these periods may take 1–3 extra working days to arrive.

We use trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and ParcelForce. Delays may occur due to:

Tracking will continue to update during delays where available.
